A time of fasting, Ramadan is also a feast of flavours and culinary traditions. Saliha Mahmood Ahmed is the author of Khazana, which won Best New Cookbook in the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2019, and is MasterChef Champion 2017. We asked her to share her food memories from Ramadan.
