4 vodka-inspired Valentine’s Day drinks

Raspberry Martini

It’s easy to impress your Valentine’s date with this drink, as you can throw it together in no time at all.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes
  • 6 whole raspberries
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 45 ml Absolut Vodka

Instructions

  1. Add the raspberries and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add Absolut Vodka and fill with ice cubes.
  3. Shake and strain into a glass similar to LSA Gin Balloon Glasses.
  4. Garnish with 3 raspberries.

Peach on the Beach

Though it’s no romantic getaway, we won’t blame you for making this drink as an excuse to use the beach emoji in February.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes
  • 30 ml Absolut Vodka
  • 30 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 30 ml Orange Juice
  • 15 ml Peach Liqueur
  • 1 Wedge Peach

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all the ingredients. 
  2. Shake and strain into a glass similar to the Ravenhead Majestic Mixer Glasses, chilled with ice cubes. 
  3. Garnish with the peach wedge.

Strawberry Nights

This drink perfectly compliments a romantic night in. 

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 20ml Absolut Vanilla vodka
  • 40ml strawberry juice
  • 20ml apple liqueur
  • 20ml passion fruit juice
  • 20ml passion fruit liqueur
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • 1 pineapple wedge
  • 1 whole vanilla pod

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pop in all the ingredients. 
  2. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Keep things classy with the likes of the M&S Maxim Crystal Prosecco Glasses
  3. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and vanilla pod.

Raspberry Fields Forever

This cocktail is wonderfully sour, thanks to its raspberry puree base and squeeze of lemon.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 45ml Absolut vodka
  • 25ml raspberry puree
  • Soda water
  • 2 whole raspberries
  • 1 lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes. 
  2. Add the Absolut vodka and raspberry puree. 
  3. Shake and strain into a glass – something similar to the LSA Gin Balloon Glasses – and fill with ice cubes. 
  4. Top up with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge and two raspberries.
