MOB Prize Draw Term & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents in Northern Ireland, who are within Ocado’s delivery geography and have entered the prize draw as set out below. Proof of age may be required. 
  2. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of MOB Kitchen Limited, Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
  3. There is 1 winner who will be drawn at random in the week commencing 08/03/2022 by a computer generated system that produces verifiable random results from eligible entrants.
  4. The winner will receive a spring bundle of products from Ocado, with a retail value of at least £80 and £5,000 of Ocado grocery vouchers. The bundle of products will consist of the following (please click on the links for a list of ingredients and allergens):
  5. Ocado vouchers will be emailed by Ocado to the winner and are valid for use for 24 months after they are sent to the winner. Minimum spend on Ocado is usually £40 plus delivery charges. Geographical delivery restrictions apply. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer. For full terms and conditions please refer to Ocado.com.
  6. The starting date for entries into the Ocado X MOB prize draw is at 11am on 17/02/2022.
  7. The closing date and time for entries into the Ocado X MOB prize draw is 11.59pm on 07/03/2022. Entries placed after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
  8. In order to enter the prize draw entrants must follow the below instructions on the Ocado prize draw announcement post on one or both of MOB’s social media channels (Facebook or Instagram) between 17/02/2022 and 07/03/2022:
    • For Facebook, the user must follow both @mobKitchen and @ocado and comment #win in the comments on the Ocado prize draw announcement post. 
    • For Instagram, the user must follow both @mobkitchen and @ocadouk and  tag a friend in the comments on the Ocado prize draw announcement post.
  9. All instructions must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid. By entering the prize draw on both social media channels users will have one entry for each social media channel they enter on. 
  10. There is also the option to have up to two bonus entries. To receive a bonus entry, entrants must complete the below instructions on the Ocado prize draw announcement post on one or both of Ocado’s social media channels (Facebook or Instagram) between 17/02/2022 and 07/03/2022. Users will gain one bonus entry for each social media channel they enter on: 
    • For Facebook, follow @ocado and @mobkitchen, and comment #win in the comments on the Ocado prize draw announcement post.
    • For Instagram, follow @ocadouk and @mobkitchen, tag a friend on the Ocado prize draw announcement post and comment #win in the comments.
  11. By tagging a friend, Ocado assumes and accepts that you have obtained the relevant consent.          
  12.  The winner of the prize will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
  13. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
  14. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
  15. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram     .
  16. We will only use your personal data supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we obtain your consent for any additional purpose.
  17.   18. The winner may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Ocado will seek the winner’s prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events.
  19. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
  20. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
  21. By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your surname and county of residence, if you become a winner. The prize winner’s surname and county of residence will be available on request, for 7 days after the winner is announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
