Nigella.com Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to Nigella.com subscribers aged 18 or over, who are UK residents, within Ocado’s delivery geography and have entered the prize draw as set out below. Visit ocado.com/postcode to check if we deliver in your area. Proof of age may be required.
2. To enter, participants will need to complete the survey emailed to them by Nigella between 23rd October 2023- 29th October 2023; click the entry link in the email and enter their Nigella.com username on the appropriate page to enter the draw. 
3. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Nigella.com, Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.
4. Entry is limited to one per person. Completing the same survey repeatedly does not gain additional entries.
5. Participants must complete surveys in their own name.
6. There will be one winner. The winner will receive £100 of Ocado grocery vouchers to spend on Ocado.com and a signed copy of Nigella’s book  Cook, Eat Repeat. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
7. Ocado vouchers will be emailed by Ocado to the winner and are valid for 24 months after they are sent to the winner. The winner can select the value of the vouchers to be either 2x£50 or 1x£100. The whole value of the voucher must be spent in one shop and any value not spent will be lost. Minimum spend on Ocado.com is the value of the voucher plus delivery charges.
8. Geographical delivery restrictions apply. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer. For full terms and conditions please refer to Ocado.com. Vouchers cannot be spent on Alcohol, tobacco products, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado gift vouchers and food donations with Ocado.
9. The starting date for entries into the prize draw is midnight on 23 October 2023. The prize draw closes at 23.59 on 29th October 2023. Entries submitted after this date and time will not be included in the draw.
10. All instructions must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid.
11. The winner will be drawn at random by Ocado  in the week commencing 6th November 2023. Ocado will provide the winners Nigella.com nickname to Nigella’s team who will share the associated email address withOcado to allow the prize to be administered.
12. The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw and will be giving full details on how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of initial notification or cannot take up the prize, Ocado reserve the right to choose another winner.
13. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
14. We have organised this prize draw in good faith, but cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions. 
15. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Ocado will process and may share your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the personal data processing required to meet these terms. 16. Winners may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw.  By participating in this prize draw, you agree to take part in promotional events related to this prize draw in the event that you are selected as a winner. 
17. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that  breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
18. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering this prize draw, all participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
19. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9NE. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
