Ocado Toy Van Draw – Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents in
Northern Ireland, who are within Ocado’s delivery geography and have entered the
prize draw as set out below. Proof of age may be required.
2. This prize draw shall be open for entry between 5pm GMT on 11.01.2024 and
11.59pm GMT 26.01.2024. To enter entrants must:
○ Follow @ocado on twitter;
○ Provide a photo of an Ocado Van which they own the rights to.
○ Give permission to use the image on Ocado social media platforms.
3. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant can make. However, the entrant
must use a different image for each separate entry to be valid.
4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado
Retail Limited, Marks and Spencer, or anyone directly connected with the planning or
administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.
5. There is 1 winner. The winner will receive a full set of the Ocado Toy vans, which are
currently for sale on Ocado.com. These will be delivered in a slot chosen by the
winner.
6. By providing an image, Ocado assume and accept that you have obtained the
relevant consent/ or own the rights to the image.
7. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be
valid.
8. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces
verifiable random results in the week commencing 29th of January 2024. The winner
will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to
redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14
days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to
select another winner.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
10. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal (£50.00) or
greater value.
11. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for
third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject
to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
12. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is in no
way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
13. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Ocado will process and may share
your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the personal data

14. The winner may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this
prize draw. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to take part in promotional
events related to this prize draw in the event that you are selected as a winner.
15. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries
that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
16. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this
promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
17. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or
make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize
winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after
the winner is announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo
Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX.
You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of
residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required
to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
