Five ways to Aperol this summer

Aperol is an Italian bitters apèritif with a vibrant and instantly recognisable orange colour. Its name comes from the Italian slang word for apertoivo (an Italian pre-dinner drink), apero. It is also, when served mixed with prosecco, one of the big summer drinks of choice in pubs, bars and gardens across the UK.
To celebrate our very special Summer Spritz offer – Aperol and Prosecco for just £15 – we’ve put together five inspiring ways to enjoy an Aperol this summer.
THE CLASSIC SPRITZ
Fill a large wine glass with ice, combine prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts, add a splash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice. Pop on your sunnies, put your feet up, and enjoy your classic Aperol Spritz.
CAN YOU KICK IT?
Yes you can. Just add ginger beer for some real spice to Aperol’s sweet flavour. .
GRAPEFRUIT EXPECTATIONS
Get creative with your soda. Grapefruit soda’s complementary bittersweet flavours of grapefruit and Aperol is a match made in heaven.
ON THE ROCKS
A simple, effective, and very refreshing way to enjoy your summer evening Aperol. Simply garnish with a slice of orange peel and serve with ice.
GO NEGRONI
