Arla Yeo Valley Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

Thanks for taking part in the Arla Yeo Valley prize draw for a chance to win Reusable Beeswax Food Wraps. Please read the Terms & Conditions below. Good luck!

1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. 
2. The promoter is Ocado Retail Limited of Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX.
3. This prize draw is open to all Ocado customers and UK residents excluding residents in Northern Ireland aged 18 or over who have placed an order between 23 November 2021 and 8 December 2021 (inclusive) at Ocado.com containing at least one purchase of Yeo Valley Organic Mature Cheddar 300g at the checkout. Those who have purchased the relevant SKU will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Internet access and purchase required. 
4. Proof of age may be required. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any Arla Foods Ltd, Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
5. One entry per household only. 
6. There are 100 winners. 
7. There are 100 prizes of a Yeo Valley Organic Reusable Beeswax Food Wrap. Each winner will receive 1x Reusable Beeswax Food Wrap.
8. The closing date and time for entries into the prize draw is 11:59pm on 30th November 2022. Orders placed after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
9. The closing date and time for entries into the prize draw is 23.59 on 8th December 2021. Orders placed  outside of this period will not be included in the prize draw.
10. The winners will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results in the week commencing 20/12/2021 from all eligible entries.

12. The winners of the prizes will be contacted within seven days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
13. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
14. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
15. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard Terms & Conditions.

17. Winner(s) may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Ocado will seek the winners’ prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events. 
18. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
19. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
20. By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX.
