Vegan Berry Porridge Recipe
You can add a whole host of toppings to your morning porridge, so while this recipe uses blueberries, feel free to add your other favourite fruits.
Serves 1 Total Time 5 mins
- 50g porridge oats
- 350ml almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 50g BerryWorld blueberries
- Put the oats in a saucepan with the almond milk, coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook over a low-medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup until your porridge looks creamy.
- Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries on the top.
