Vegan Berry Porridge Recipe

You can add a whole host of toppings to your morning porridge, so while this recipe uses blueberries, feel free to add your other favourite fruits.

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 350ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g BerryWorld blueberries


  1. Put the oats in a saucepan with the almond milk, coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook over a low-medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup until your porridge looks creamy.
  3. Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries on the top.
