John West Tent Terms and Conditions

John West: This prize draw is open to all Ocado customers aged 18 or over who:

•  have placed an order for delivery between 19th July 2022 and 3rd August 2022 (inclusive) at Ocado.com containing at least one purchase of the following John West products: John West On The Go Tuna Harissa Spiced Super Salad (561585011) , John West On The Go Tuna Indian Super Salad (561584011), John West On The Go Tuna Basil Super Salad (561583011), John West Mediterranean Tuna Lunch on the Go (14408011), John West French Style Tuna Lunch on the Go (16794011),  John West Mexican Style Tuna Lunch on the Go (87172011), John West Italian Style Tuna Lunch on the Go (232724011), John West Moroccan Style Salmon Lunch on the Go (46105011), John West On The Go Tuna Honey Ginger Super Salad (561582011), John West Tuna Lunch OTG Tom & Olive  (552287011), John West On the Go Pots Medit Cous Cous (583669011), John West On the Go Pots Italian Pasta (583671011), John West On the Go Pots Indian Rice (583670011), John West On the Go Pots Thai Noodles (583672011); and
• Have the order delivered by 15th August 2022 containing a John West Product.

Proof of age may be required. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members or employees) of John West, Ocado Retail Limited or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.

One entry per customer. 

There are 2 prizes of an ultimate ‘On The Go’ bundle. Each bundle contains 1 Bell Tent & 1 month of John West On The Go supply, including 5 each of: John West On the Go Pots Medit Cous Cous (583669011), John West On the Go Pots Indian Rice (583670011), John West On the Go Pots Thai Noodles (583672011), John West On the Go Pots Italian Pasta (583671011), John West On The Go Tuna Honey Ginger Super Salad (561582011), John West On The Go Tuna Basil Super Salad (561583011), John West On The Go Tuna Indian Super Salad (561584011), John West On The Go Tuna Harissa Spiced Super Salad (561585011). The closing date and time for placing your order to enter into the prize draw is 23.59 on 3 rd August 2022. Orders placed after this date and time and/or not delivered by  15th August 2022 will not be included in the prize draw. The winners will be drawn at random by a computer generated system that produces verifiable random results on the 22nd August 2022. Deliveries subject to availability and location. Minimum spend excludes tobacco products, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers, and food donations with Ocado.

The winners will be contacted within 7 of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge Ocado will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. Winners  may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw Ocado will seek the Winners  prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events.  

We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that  breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.

All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. 

By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Buildings One & Two, Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9UL. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
