Terms & Conditions – Nigella x Smart Pass Prize Draw

1. This prize draw is open to new Ocado Smart Pass members who opted in to marketing and signed up between 30th of August, 2023 and 19th of September, 2023 (aged 18 or over), or current Smart Pass members who signed up to the prize draw via email, excluding customers who are in a no obligation free Smart Pass trial. Proof of Smart Pass membership, age and residence location may be required.

3. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited, Nigella Lawson, or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.
4. One entry per  SmartPass membership.
5. There will be up to 25 winners.
6. Each of the winners will receive an invitation for themselves and a plus one (aged 18 or over) to an exclusive event with Nigella Lawson organised by Ocado Retail Limited and taking place in London, UK. The full details of the prize will be communicated to the winners at a closer date to the event.
7. The closing date and time for signing up to a Smart Pass membership in order to enter into the prize draw is 23.59 on 19th of September, 2023. Smart Pass membership sign ups after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
8. The winners will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results in the week commencing 25th of September 2023. 
9. The winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select other winners.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available
11. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
12. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
13. By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge Ocado will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. 14. Winners may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Ocado will seek the Winners prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events. 
15. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that  breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
16. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
17. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Buildings One & Two, Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9UL. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
