Terms and Conditions – Ocado Euros Competition

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland, who have entered the prize draw as set out below. Proof of age and residence location may be required. 
2. This prize draw shall be open for entry between 5pm GMT on 18.06.2024 and 11.59pm GMT 21.06.2024. To enter entrants must:
   1. Follow @ocadouk on Instagram 
   2. Tag a friend or family member in the comments with your favourite treat to have whilst watching the football 
3. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant can make, however the entrant must follow all the steps above each time for the separate entries to be valid.
4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited,  Another Way Agency or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
5. There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive an email containing a £100 Ocado shopping voucher.
6. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid. 
7. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results on the week commencing 24th June 2024. The winners will be contacted on the week commencing 1st July 2024. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select other winners. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
8. The winner will be contacted by Ocado Retail who will arrange the email delivery of the prize voucher.
9. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
10. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
11. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. 
12. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Ocado will process and may share your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the personal data processing required to meet these terms. 13. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
14. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
15. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
