Ocado x Little Moons prize draw – Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents in Northern Ireland, who are within Ocado’s delivery geography and have entered the prize draw as set out below. Proof of age may be required.
2. This prize draw shall be open for entry between 11am GMT on 28.02.2023 and   11.59pm GMT 16.03.2023. To enter entrants must:
   • Follow @ocadouk on Instagram;
   • Follow @littlemoonsmochi on Instagram and
   • Tag at least one friend in the prize draw announcement collaborative post by @ocadouk and @littlemoonsmochi on Instagram; and comment using the hashtag #WIN. 
3. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant can make. However, the entrant must tag a different friend per entry for each separate entry to be valid.
4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited, Little Moons, or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
5. There is 1 winner. The winner will receive £200 in Ocado grocery vouchers to spend on Ocado.com as well as 6 month’s supply of Little Moons, which equates to 6 boxes per month for 6 months (a total of 36 boxes). Ocado vouchers will be emailed by Ocado to the winner and are valid for use for 24 months after they are sent to the winner. The winner can select the value of the vouchers to be either 2x £100 vouchers or 4x £50 vouchers. When redeeming any individual voucher, the whole value of the voucher must be spent in one shop and any value not spent will be lost. Minimum spend on Ocado is usually £40 plus delivery charges. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against alcohol, tobacco products, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado gift vouchers and food donations with Ocado. The winner will agree with the Little Moons team the flavours they will receive. Little Moons will deliver the product monthly supply via a frozen logistics company to the address specified by the winner. 
6. By tagging a friend, Ocado and Little Moons assume and accept that you have obtained the relevant consent.
7. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid. 
8. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results in the week commencing 27th of March 2023. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
10. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
11. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
12. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
13. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Ocado will process and may share your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the personal data processing required to meet these terms. 14. The winner may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to take part in promotional events related to this prize draw in the event that you are selected as a winner. 
15. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
16. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
17. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winner is announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
