1. This prize draw is open to all Ocado GB customers, excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland, aged 18 or over who:

4. There is 1 winner and 30 runners up prizes.
5. There is one prize of a luxury Italian hamper, fifteen prizes of Birra Moretti antipasti boards and fifteen prizes of Birra Moretti bottle opener and pizza cutter. The winner will receive the luxury hamper and runners up will receive either a Birra Moretti antipasti board or Bottle opener and pizza cutter. Runner up prizes are allocated at the discretion of the promoter. All 31 prizes will come with one 4x330ml Bottle pack of Birra Moretti and one 4x330ml Bottle pack of Birra Moretti Zero.

8. The winners will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results in the week commencing 27.04.2022. The first drawn winner will win the luxury hamper. The next 30 drawn entries will win the runner up prizes.
9. The winner and runners up of the prizes will be contacted within 7 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
11. In circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
12. Prize will be dispatched via courier to the winner’s address as provided no later than 28 days after the draw.
13. Returned, failed or missed deliveries are the responsibility of the winner. Resending is not guaranteed and additional charges may apply.
14. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
15. By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge Ocado will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. Your consent will be obtained if we may need to share your personal data with a third party for the purposes only of administering this promotion, such as delivering prizes. 16. Winner(s) may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Ocado will seek the Winner(s) prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events.
17. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
18. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
19. By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 90 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
