Ocado – December 2024 Prize Draw

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland, who are within Ocado’s delivery geography and have entered the prize draw as set out below. 2. This prize draw shall be open for entry between 5pm GMT on 21.12.2024 and 11.59pm GMT 01.01.2025. To enter, entrants must:

4. Entrants are limited to one entry per person to be eligible.
5. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.
6. There will be 1 winner from Instagram. The winner will receive £250 in Ocado grocery vouchers to spend on Ocado.com.
7. The Ocado voucher will be emailed by Ocado to the winner and is valid for use for 24 months after they are sent to the winner. They can select the value of the vouchers to be in multiples of £50 or £100. When redeeming any individual voucher, the whole value of the voucher must be spent in one shop and any value not spent will be lost. Minimum spend on Ocado is usually £40 plus delivery charges. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against alcohol, tobacco products, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado gift vouchers and food donations with Ocado. 8. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid.
9. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results on the week commencing 30th December 2024. The winner will be contacted on the week commencing 30th December 2024 and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select other winner. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
10. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
11. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

17. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner.
