    • Hey there Bridget! We’d be more than happy to double check how many shops you have left to go until you receive your voucher. You would usually be notified every Wednesday with how many more shops you have left. If you’d like us to double check, please email ocado@ocado.com with your query. Alternatively, you can also contact us on Twitter @ocado or on our Facebook page. Thanks.

    • Hi Louise, you can simply request for refund on our website, 24 hours after your order is delivered or can email us on ocado@ocado.com. If you wish to speak to us for the refund, you can always call us on 03456561234, one of our advisors would be more than happy to help you 🙂 Hope you have a lovely weekend.

    • Hi Ken, unfortunately we currently don’t deliver to that area we’re afraid. We’re so sorry for any disappointment 😦 Saying that, we are always expanding and opening up new depots. So if you register and account with us, we’ll let you know when we’re in your neck of the woods 🙂 Hopefully we’ll be with you soon! Our apologies again, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your week.

    • Hi there Dennis, we sadly don’t deliver to this area at the moment, we are sorry for any disappointment this causes. But if you register an email address with us we’ll let you know once we are delivering to your local patch, we hope this helps and fingers crossed we’ll start delivering to you soon!

  1. If you do not serve Ex39 4LN then why send me offer of £20 0ff and free delivery for 3 months by Smartpass?

    • We’re ever so sorry for any disappointment caused Dennis, this is never our intention. We can appreciate that you were looking forward to placing your first order with us and that we’ve let you down by not actually delivering to your area just yet. Please do rest assured that we are working very hard behind the scene to get to your area as quickly as we can. We are always looking to expand our customer base and do hope to be with you very soon. We’ve made our Marketing team aware that you’ve been getting first-time shop vouchers when we don’t deliver, hopefully these will stop until we do start to deliver. Once again our sincerest apologies.

  2. Suggestion, allow an option to list items suitable for single or two people only to appear first. We have to keep going back to Tescos because the items are too many/large

    • Thanks so much for your suggestion, we’re ever so sorry to hear that you are having to shop elsewhere due to us having too many items/large items. Our aim is to put a smile on your face & it saddens us to know that we’ve not been able to do so. We’ve passed on your comments to the relevant team. We do hope that you will give us another try as we’d love to show you our service.

    • Hello Sue, we’d certainly like to check this for you. Please can you let us know your postcode privately, so we can take a look? We’re on Facebook or Twitter. Alternatively feel free to visit us on Live chat, drop us an email or give us a call.

  3. I constantly get sent money off vouchers for both Ocado and Sainsbury’s, which are of no use to me since neither of them deliver to where I live. What’s the point of sending vouchers to people who live outside the delivery areas ? All it does is annoy me because I can’t use them.

    • We’re sorry to hear this Pauline, we can appreciate how disappointing this must be. Please can you contact us on 0345 6565 1234, or email us at ocado@ocado.com from the email address registered to your account and we’ll ensure marketing communications are disabled to prevent you receiving vouchers you’re unable to use.

      • Ocado is quite good at it. I even got free Ocado and Sainsbury’s voucher in the hospital bed and there wasn’t any Andover branch/hub. But it is now my favourite online shop.

  4. how do I get on your page to place my next order which is booked for next week ,but everytime I log on I get put in a virtual que and my wife and I are socially shielding as advised by the government because we are in the at risk group because of medical condition and treatment

  5. Our DR’s surgery are delivering medication to us as my husband has severe asthma and is classed as vulnerable but we did not get a letter. The surgery has said we should not go out but cannot get a delivery from Ocado with whom I had previously shopped many times. I have submitted a vulnerable request on the govt website but still cannot get onto the Ocado website to place an order. This means I will have to go to the shop and risk bringing an infection back to my husband. How can I get a regular delivery slot until this crisis has passed

  6. You’ve got more chance of the pope delivering your shopping than Ocado …my wife is undergoing chemotherapy and has a nhs letter and we’ve had our reserved delivery slot cancelled , they don’t even respond to e mails
