Will my Ocado Reserved order go forward after Christmas?
Reserved will operate as normal in the new year. However, if your slot would have normally been booked during times or dates when we are closed, then your order will not be going ahead and you will need to re-book for an available time. For more details regarding our opening times, please see below.

I am a Smart Pass customer, will I be getting access to early slot release this year?
Although we don’t guarantee all Smart Pass customers will be able to book a Christmas slot, we make sure they get priority access ahead of general release. We let all Smart Pass customers know about their priority access in October – demand doubled this year and, in some areas, slots sold out within the hour. We’ll release more in early December if they become available, though we can’t promise this.
I am a Reserved customer, will my Christmas order be automatically booked?
To help us manage demand, we pause Ocado Reserved each year from 20th–24th December. If you normally have an Ocado Reserved slot, then it won’t be booked during the Christmas period – you’ll need to book it yourself if you see available slots during that week.
What is the cut-off time for my order?
During the festive period (14th December – 4th January), the cut-off date will be a few days before your delivery, at either 2pm or 11:30pm. The table below details exact cut-off dates and times for orders due during this period. You’ll also receive the usual email and SMS closer to your delivery date letting you know what your cut-off date and time is. Until then, you can edit your order as many times as you like, though we do encourage you to only add items you intend to keep. Just remember to check out your order each time so that your changes are saved.
