Blackberry Prosecco
Serves 2
- 50ml chambord
- Prosecco, to top
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or glass jar, muddle six blackberries, lime juice and the Chambord. Add ice and shake until combined.
- Strain into two glasses of your choice and top with prosecco. Garnish each drink with a sprig of rosemary and a blackberry.
Ginger Sparkle Prosecco
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon edible gold glitter
- Prosecco, to top
Serves 2
- Juice of 1/2 Ocado lemon
- 40ml ginger cordial
Instructions
- Add the demerara sugar and edible glitter to a small saucer, then mix together to combine. Set aside.
- Dip the edges of the rim of two champagne flutes in lemon juice. Then dip the rim into the glitter sugar mixture, twisting the glass gently until the whole rim is covered.
- Add the ginger cordial to the flutes and top with prosecco.
Alcohol-free Marmalade and Honey Fizz

- 2 1/2 tablespoons marmalade
- 1/2 tablespoon Ocado honey
Serves 2
- 2 star anise
- Sparkling water, to top
Instructions
- Add the marmalade, honey, star anise and 75ml water to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil for a few mins, until you have a syrupy consistency. Remove from the heat, stir to combine and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, pour the syrup evenly between two glasses of your choice, including the star anise, then top with sparkling water.
