Simply pop your ingredients in the blender, give it a quick whizz, and you’re good to go.
Beetroot and Berry
Add ingredients here.
• 150g blueberries • 2 tbsp oats • 50g raw beetroot, peeled and chopped • Juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed • 125g natural yoghurt or non-dairy alternative • 1 tsp honey (optional) • 3 ice cubes
Mango Yoghurt
Add ingredients here.
• 1 ripe mango, peeled and roughly chopped • 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks • 150g greek yogurt • Handful crushed ice
Berry Protein
Add ingredients here.
• 150g frozen mixed berries • 1 frozen banana • 1 tbsp nut butter • 1 tbsp chia seeds, or other seeds • 2 basil leaves • Handful spinach or baby kale • 200ml milk of your choice • Squeeze of lime (optional)
