- 3 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 pears, peeled and chopped
- 200g blueberries
- 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 tbsp rolled jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp wholegrain flour
- 6 tsp unrefined brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tub greek yogurt, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/ gas 4.
- Add the coconut oil and rub until it looks like breadcrumbs.
- Spoon the fruit into ovenproof bowls; sprinkle the crumble on top.
- Bake for 20-30 until golden. Cover loosely with foil if it browns too quickly.
- Serve with yogurt.
