Feta and watermelon skewers
Kids will love these perfectly portable (and healthy) snacks.
Makes 20 Takes 15 mins
• 200g feta, cut into 20 cubes
• 200g watermelon, cut into 20 cubes
• Juice of 2 limes
• ½tsp sumac
• ½tsp chilli flakes (optional)
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 30g mint leaves, finely chopped
• Kebab sticks
- Skewer alternate feta and watermelon cubes on each kebab stick.
- Mix the lime juice, sumac, chilli flakes, oil and mint leaves, and season.
- Pour over the skewers and marinate for at least 1 hr before serving.
