Feta and watermelon skewers

Kids will love these perfectly portable (and healthy) snacks.

Makes 20 Takes 15 mins

Ingredients 

• 200g feta, cut into 20 cubes

• 200g watermelon, cut into 20 cubes 

• Juice of 2 limes

• ½tsp sumac 

• ½tsp chilli flakes (optional)

• 1 tbsp sunflower oil 

• 30g mint leaves, finely chopped 

• Kebab sticks

Instructions

  1. Skewer alternate feta and watermelon cubes on each kebab stick.
  2. Mix the lime juice, sumac, chilli flakes, oil and mint leaves, and season. 
  3. Pour over the skewers and marinate for at least 1 hr before serving.
