Daylesford

Over the last forty years, Carole Bamford has transformed her family’s farmland in Staffordshire and the Cotswolds, into one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK. The award-winning farm now features its own bakery, creamery and market garden.

Daylesford farm was founded on core values that respect the environment, the seasons and the animals they rear. The farm focuses on integrity and honesty – picking and supplying food at its peak.

Loch Fyne

Loch Fyne was established in 1978 by Johnny Noble and Andy Lane. They wanted their brand to celebrate Scottish seafood, keep environmental impact to a minimum and make a positive contribution to their community. The brand took its name from the longest sea loch in Scotland, where they source their salmon from sustainable farms, to make sure they support the highest farming standards and traceability.  

Loch Fyne are the only oyster farmers in the UK to have their own hatchery and nursery. Their Pacifiic oysters, which are grown naturally, were awarded Scotland’s Best Gigas Oysters 2013 by the Association of Scottish Shellfish Growers. Pair Loch Fyne oysters with a glass of fizz – the perfect way to kick off a dinner party.

All their salmon is smoked and packed in their smokehouse in Loch Fyne, including their gently smoked beetroot smoked salmon. Cured with sea salt and sugar, then dressed with beetroot, this smoked salmon has a wonderfully sweet and earthy flavour.

Annabel Makin-Jones started Annabel’s Deliciously British when she noticed there was a gap in the market for a high-quality, socially responsible British strawberry brand. 

Sustainability is at the heart of her family business – she makes sure her strawberries are packed in biodegradable punnets or cardboard trays to keep carbon footprint to a minimum. She’s also dedicated to driving investment back into British farming and British people.
