1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents excluding residents in Northern Ireland aged 18 or over who:

2. Proof of age may be required.  The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any Sipsmith Ltd, Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
3. One entry per household only. 
4. There are 3 winners and 100 runners up. 
5. There are three prizes of a pair of Wimbledon ground passes. The Wimbledon Championships run from Monday 27th June to Sunday 10th July 2022 and the two-person ground pass will be valid for a one-day entry to the Wimbledon Championships across these dates. Location of the Wimbledon Championships is The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Church Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5AE. Tickets will be provided via the ‘MyWimbledon’ app. Winners will need to sign up for a MyWimbledon account and will be issued their ticket via this portal. Runners up will receive one Ready to Drink Sipsmith Coolbag.
6. The closing date and time for placing your order to enter into the prize draw is 23.59 on 17/05/2022. Orders placed after this date and time and not delivered by 24/05/2022 will not be included in the prize draw.
7. The winners will be drawn at random by a computer generated system that produces verifiable random results in the week commencing 25/05/2022. 
8. The winners / runners up of the prizes will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available
10. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
11. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
