Pampers Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to Ocado customers who are UK residents excluding residents in Northern Ireland aged 18 or over. 
2. Proof of age may be required.  The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 
3. One entry per household only. 
4. There will be 20 winner(s).  
5. The 20 winners will all receive a Monthly Pack of Pampers Nappies of their choice. 
6. To enter you must  (1)be  female; (2) that has an order for delivery on Mother’s Day 2021 (14/03/2021) from Ocado.com; and (3)  have had at least 4 shops delivered in the last 12 weeks, containing at least one purchase of Pampers Nappies Size 1 or 2. For a successful entry you must share a picture of the free Daffodils you received in your order delivered on Mother’s Day on Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and must have tagged @Ocadouk & @PampersUk and added the hashtag #ThanksPampersMum.
7. The opening date is 5.30am on 14/03/2021 and the closing date and time for entries into the Mothers Days Pampers Nappies prize draw is 23.59 on 16/03/2021. Social media posts (see 6) after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
8. The winners will be drawn at random by a computer generated system that produces verifiable random results OR by an independent panel in the week commencing 22/03/2021. 
9. The winners of the prizes will be contacted within 5 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available
11. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  
12. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
13. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or other social media name.
14. By entering this prize draw  you agree to sharing your personal details with Ocado to process and administer your entry to the prize draw and according our privacy policy available here: https://www.ocado.com/webshop/scontent/securityPolicy
15. Winners may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw.  Ocado will seek the Winners prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events. 
16. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
17. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them
18. By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 5 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Buildings One & Two, Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9UL.
