What a Christmassy treat we have for you today. The fifth in our series is the Brandy Buck – sweet ginger and sour lemon with a brandy backbone.
- 50ml brandy
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml 1:1 sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ginger ale
Shake and pour into a highball glass and top with ginger ale.
Try the Domecq 1820 Brandy in this (£14 for 50cl). It has a vanilla-y, nutty flavour that works well.
