On the third day, we’re stirring up a Boulevardier – like a Negroni, but with bourbon instead of gin.
- 25ml bourbon
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari (£16 for 70cl)
Pour all three ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and stir to dilute. Slice a wedge of navel orange to garnish.
