12 drinks of Christmas – The Boulevardier

On the third day, we’re stirring up a Boulevardier – like a Negroni, but with bourbon instead of gin.

Ingredients

  • 25ml bourbon
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 25ml Campari (£16 for 70cl)

Method

Pour all three ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and stir to dilute. Slice a wedge of navel orange to garnish.
