Oxford Landing Rosé – Fresh and fragrant off-dry rosé. Easy to match – if the food is pink, it’s perfect.

Yalumba Organic Viognier – Lovely aromatic, medium-bodied wine ideal for those fuller-flavoured chicken and fish dishes, and good with meat too if you prefer a white wine.

Jacob’s Creek Moscato White – For those who like a sweeter white. Delightful, muscat/moscato aroma and flavour. Perfect with puds.

Jacob’s Creek Reserve Barossa Riesling – Quality modern riesling that enhances those lightly spiced fish, veg and poultry dishes. Perfect with oriental/Thai food.

Casillero del Diablo Merlot – Soft and smooth fruity red. Easy to match with most light meat and vegetarian dishes.

Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir – Gentle lighter red which can be enjoyed lightly chilled. Goes really well with light meat and fish dishes – a perfect alfresco wine.

La Deliziosa Pinot Grigio Blush – Light, clean and fresh. Super with salads and simple fish or chicken dishes, or even just on its own.

Robert Oatley McLaren Vale Shiraz 2011 – Wonderful full-flavoured, lightly spicy Aussie Red. Perfect for barbecue steak and other full-flavoured meat dishes. Cuts the mustard with burgers and sausages!

Robert Oatley Signature Chardonnay – Classic medium-weight white for those full-flavoured chicken and spiced fish dishes.

Brightwater Bay Nelson Sauvignon Blanc – Salmon and sauvignon – a perfect match. Great with white meat too. Try it with goat’s cheese – wonderful!
